TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Races are not exclusive. Smaller groups will be combined.

  • The entire group must arrive at the CHECK-IN TIME as instructed by your confirmation email.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

  • All drivers must be at least 12 years old, unless they have completed our Junior Driving School.

  • AGES 17 AND BELOW REQUIRES PARENT SIGNATURE

    Waivers are available online. Otherwise, a parent/legal guardian needs to sign for the driver upon first visit.

    Anyone without an ID will need a parent or guardian signature.

JUNIOR RACE REQUIREMENTS

  • JR RACE REQUIRED FOR AGES 12+ WITHOUT DRIVER ID

  • GROUPS, AGES 14 & BELOW, WILL NEED TO CONTACT US FOR JR RACE ACCOMMODATIONS

Younger groups without IDs will need to reserve races with 10 driver slots still available. Once the reservation is made, call our facility so that we may organize and create the best experience.

JR driving school grads are exempt from this.

PASSENGER RACES UNAVAILABLE ONLINE

  • PASSENGER races are NOT AVAILABLE online. Please call the facility to check 2-seater availability before booking your races.

  • Passenger must be FIVE years of age or older.

  • Driver must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license.

WHAT TO BRING?

  • All drivers must wear appropriate shoes. We do not allow any form of sandals, high heels, crocs, or open toed shoes.

  • A permit or drivers license is needed for anyone 16 and up. If you don’t have one, make sure to read our Junior Race section.

Choose your Reservation RACE Time

Your RACING TIME will be scheduled after your CHECK-IN Time, which includes the following steps: -Waiver sign-up -ID check-in -Video training -Helmet selection -Short wait -Racing time!

Please note that only 10 racers can participate at a time. If there are 11 or more drivers, multiple sign-ups will be required, and the group will be split up accordingly.

Races are not exclusive, and smaller groups may be combined. This is subject to rules and regulations, which are subject to change at any time. Coupon races are available only on weekdays with limited capacity.

Groups without reservations or those arriving within 10 minutes of their reservations will be accommodated based on availability. Restrictions may apply.

REFUND POLICY

  • Absolutely no refunds within 48 hours of your check-in time.

  • Any unused portion of the purchase will be credited in the form of a gift card.

  • If you contact us more than 48 hours before your check-in time, we’ll refund the race amount, but cannot refund the booking fee.

PERSONAL HELMET REQUIREMENTS

  • Every reservation includes helmets and helmet liners. However, if you want to bring in your own helmets please know that we have a couple of requirements:

  • Helmets must be a motor sports helmet. We do not allow bicycle, skiing/snowboarding, or any other non-motor sports style helmet.

  • Helmets must be full face. No skull cap or open faced helmets allowed.

  • No modular helmets are allowed (the front face portion flips up).

NO IMPAIRED DRIVING

  • Attendees that display intoxicated habits and/or convey influenced disfunction will not be allowed to drive. Please race responsibly!

PRE-EXISTING INJURIES

  • No attendees will be allowed to drive with preexisting injuries or medical conditions including; pregnancy, heart conditions, casts, crutches, or braces that impair ability to drive.

INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY DISABILITIES

  • Individuals that pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in connection with their operation of Sykart’s go-karts will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

  • Sykart reserves the right to refuse to allow individuals who pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others to use Sykart’s facility and services.

  • Individuals with such disabilities are encouraged to contact Sykart before making a reservation to discuss an evaluation to their ability to operate Sykart’s go-karts without posing a direct threat to others.

  • Sykart wants everyone to have the go-kart racing experience and offers a 2-seater go-kart for use by individuals who are unable to operate go-karts safely on their own.
