additional requirements

driver’s licenses are not required but they are preferred. we ask for driver’s license to prove driving ability. any driving or racing you have done at other karting or racing facilities prior to receiving your license will not qualify. if you do not have a valid driver’s license we are required to run a junior race.

what we look for when inspecting your driver’s license:

• legal name matches name on the account created

• birth date matches birth date on account

• photo of your driver’s license with the same information qualifies as well (if you do not have your physical license on your person)

what is a junior race?

a junior race only occurs when one or more drivers on track are racing for the first time within our facility without a valid driver’s license. we reduce the speed of all karts in the race for the first two laps. we control the speed for all karts because large differences in speed of individual karts on track will increase the likelihood of accidents occuring. this process takes about 1min-1.5min and then all karts are set to full speed for the remainder of the race and all future races for the new drivers.
